So we have almost reached the end of 2020 .. But we are not done quite just yet!

2020 has certainly been a bit of a roller coaster for many of us, with plenty of highs and lows. So with that in mind, this year we wanted to send out a message of positivity to all of our friends and ask of you just ‘two little things’.

We believe this year has given us all the unique opportunity to do a bit of a personal ‘reboot’ and take stock of all the things around us that maybe influencing our lives ‘negatively’ or ‘positively’. So I would like to ask we all say a huge ‘HELL YEAH! To all the positive little things that we have found to be truly grateful for, because we believe it’s all those little ‘Wins’ that will make the big achievements happen!

And secondly I would like to ask a personal favour! I would like to ask that we all take just 10 mins out of our day to reach out to ‘two people’ that we haven’t heard from in a while (you can do this by text, email, but best of all would be if you could just pick up the phone and call them) and ask how they are ?.  Because this time of year for many people is going to make them feel very alone and isolated and a simple call from a friend might just be the one thing that moves their needles into a new positive direction for the next year!

We truly appreciate you taking the time to read this personal message from us and we just want to finish by saying that we sincerely hope you all have a wonderful festive period and you enjoy ‘peace and love’ with the ones you care about the most and have a very Happy and Healthy Christmas!
